You don't have to be sick and I can Prove it is a new E book by Harold Peterson. Harold is someone who hasn't been to a Doctor nor been sick for over 35 Years!!! He is 78 years young and feels like a 40 year old. A member of the Military Service for 31 years, Harold retired as a Lieutenant  Colonel. An active member of his church: New Beginnings in Christ and Vice President of the board. I am not a doctor and I am not a nutritionist, but I have studied nutrition for over thirty-five years and have come to one outstanding conclusion, "it is impossible to eat enough, to get the nutrition you need to stay healthy." I am confident that I can prove this to anyone who is willing to listen with an open mind. It all started when I read an article that suggested eating garlic to prevent colds and flu. It went on to say that garlic would kill almost every kind of infection in the world. Since I had always had my share of colds and flu every year, I decided to test this theory. Since I didn't like raw garlic I found some garlic capsules and started taking them daily. After several months of getting the garlic into my system, I realized I was no longer getting colds and flu. So this began my quest for better health.

I began buying books on health and nutrition, and subscribing to different health newsletters. My first subscription was for a newsletter from Dr. Julian Whitaker. His medical practice consists of prescribing nutritional elements to cure the cause of the problem, rather than prescribing drugs to try to relieve the symptoms. Prescription drugs almost never cure the cause of the illness. As I received these publications I began filing the articles in binders by disease. So if I want to show someone what to do to prevent a certain illness, I can go to that particular binder. They are all one-inch binders, except for the one on cancer. It is a one and a half inch binder-surprise-surprise. We will cover this horrible disease in detail in a later chapter.

I never accept one man's opinion on any of these issues. For example, I have read many articles on the importance of drinking minimum amounts of water daily, and the multiple benefits received from it. I get many mailings regarding health and nutrition, and about a year ago I received a health newsletter stating that it is NOT necessary to drink water to stay healthy. Naturally, I disregarded this preposterous claim so all claims made in this book are based on repetitive testing, blind studies and repeated results.
